I am so excited! I got word the other day that this picture is being published in Photo Life magazine's May 2009 edition! It will be in the Showcase section.



This is my youngest, being a goofy kid, which is so naturally him!
I am just thrilled about this and can't wait to see it in print.

Tilt Shift Minatures

This is a technique I learned that mimics the tilt shift lens result that can make an image look like a miniature or model. It's best used on an image that was taken from a high vantage point and of a vast area. Using subjects that are often used as models (like trains, boats, cars, etc) also makes it look very believable.
